London newcomers Osca released what felt like an epic song earlier this year in “Blood” and their latest release could be even bigger. New single “Illume” reaches mountainous heights with cascading piano and soaring, inescapable hook. The uplifting song’s formulation was inspired by singer & writer Jack Kenworthy’s experience at Glastonbury and watching thousands sing the Rolling Stones’ “Satisfaction” together. He stated the track is based in “simplicity and how that always means the most”, which is definitely present in the final, catchy result.
