Philadelphia’s CRUISR certainly charms on their debut single “All Over”. Like Vagrant label-mates Bad Suns, the foursome excels in jangly guitar riffs, uptempo rhythms and melody for days. Their placement on this weekend’s Made In America Fest line-up in their hometown also tells me we’ll likely be hearing from these guys again soon.
