I’m still addicted to Childish Gambino’s intoxicating and addictive hit “3005”, no matter the audio format it hits my ears. Brooklyn producers Chordashian seem to have found a way for me to extend my love for the track with what they labeled as a “pre-Kawaii”. The synth percolates in head-nodding fashion with an assortment of samples and effects as Gambino repeats “hold up”. The remix is a pre-cursor to a proper release of previous hit “Skyscraper Souls” coming in January with a music video and remixes.
